Defensora del Pueblo justifica tortura a jóvenes venezolanos

Gabriela Ramírez ofreció una rueda de prensa en la que resaltó que "la tortura tiene un sentido" y agregó: "Si se aprehenden a 15 jóvenes y una persona es golpeada o maltratada, se emplea la tortura para obtener una confesión, se le inflige sufrimiento físico para obtener una confesión y tenemos que diferenciarlo de un trato excesivo o uso desproporcionado de la fuerza", acotó
